|
Process starts with the derivation of clients specifications.
The tool and die section will then use the integrated CAD/
CAM System to design the mold or die based on such specification
which will be passed on to the production section. Advanced
machine tools like EDM, Diesinking machine, EDM wire cutting
machine, CNC milling machines, etc., contribute significantly
to the manufacturing of molding
dies. In addition, the efficiency, quality and cost
effectiveness translates to a competitive position of the
company in the tool and die industry.

thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic alloy as raw
materials utilize in either horizontal or vertical type
productions done in separate machines. Thermoplastics
and thermosetting plastic alloy are injected through
horizontally and vertically oriented molds. |

Process commence with rigid choice of raw
materials such as cold roll mild steel, coated sheets, electrolytic
galvanized sheets, brass, phosphorous bronze, aluminum, stainless
steel or alloy in form of sheets, coils or strips. Stamping process
covers single process stamping, progressive stamping, or transfer
press stamping. Parts are eventually sent to suppliers for secondary
processes like plating, painting or printing. Finally, after the finishing
processes are done, the finished parts undergo strict quality control
measures before final packaging and delivery. Facilities for tapping
and bending are also available. Prototyping jobs of parts are also
accepted. |

Process initiates from tube and pipe cutting,
deburring then bending to desired radius. Process used under this
section is the Mandrel type tube bending. The Mandrel type tube bending
offers superior dimensional evenness throughout the tube after processing.
Capacity ranges from ¼ inch (6.35 mm) to 3 inches (76.2 mm)
outside diameter. |
